Ingredients
Refined rice flour
Water
Amazake (sweet alcoholic)
Grind black sesame
Suger
Lard
Directions
1. Put black sesame and suger into a bowl, and mix them.
2. Add lard, knead them. Make them bite-sized round.
3. Sesame balls put into a refrigerator.
4. Take other bowl, mix refined rice flour and water until the solidness become like an earlobe.
5. Wrap a sesame ball in dough.
6. Boil them. And when they come to the surface, pick out.
7. Warm amazake up, and put dumplings.
